Carolina Oral & Facial Surgery, P.A. understands that the financial aspect of surgical treatment is of concern to our patients. To accomplish this goal, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for the covered procedures. Please provide your medical and dental insurance information on your registration forms so that we can fully investigate insurance coverage for your surgical treatments prior to your visit.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit your insurance claims, x-rays and any other necessary information related to treatment. However, since our professional services are rendered to you and not to the insurance provider, you are responsible to us for your financial obligations. After your insurance company has made payment on your account, any refund will be issued to you after receiving payment.
